The sorest of times, got your thoughts on my mind

Things that made me smile today:
1. A note from Sharon
2. John Green reading from Will Grayson, Will Grayson, the book he wrote with David Levithan
3. Ryan throwing a ball of paper at a trashcan and seriously missing
4. Kevin Gooch saying hi to me creepily
5. Michael doing something stupid
6. This picture

I'm not letting this be ruined for me.  I love blogging too much to let it go.  Although I didn't realize how much I love it until now.  It's so much easier than keeping a hand-written journal, more natural, even though that sounds backwards.

And getting mad at me over it, that's confusing and weird and I just don't understand.  I guess I haven't made it clear enough that I blog because I'm stressed and tired and I just like to rant.  But I rant about these momentary annoyances, these things that only bother me when I'm stressed and tired.  But then I sleep and I eat some chocolate and I write about what's bugging me, and then it all goes away.  (With the exception of annoyance at Steven.  That doesn't really go away.)

Besides, anyone who says they don't get annoyed is lying.  No one is completely immune to what others do.  And if there's someone out there who is, then I want them to be president, because that person would have to be the most tolerant person ever.  But that's not me.  I'm intolerant and judgmental and constantly cranky.  And hopefully I'll grow out of that and become a generally happy person eventually.  But I haven't yet, for the most part.

There were way too many qualifiers in that paragraph.

Now that I've kicked all my readers off, I guess I can blog more than once a day now without looking stupid.  So yay, I guess.

Jason Mraz is stuck in my head but that doesn't match this post

There is a certain person that I am friends with who drives me crazy. And not in a good way.

This person is rude and interrupts conversations and has no sense of personal space and puts down everything that I like. This person cannot answer a straight-forward question and only reads half of messages and then asks questions that were answered in the second half of the message. This person will not take horrible pictures of me from two years ago off of facebook and acts like a little kid with the taboo buzzer and sometimes just won't shut up. This person is also in desperate need of a haircut.

And I hate that I let people get to me like this. I'm never going to be able to keep a job anywhere if I let little things about people annoy me.

Also, I hate finals. And when everyone around me is joking about something but I don't get it. And bad hair days, and people who complain about how much they weigh, and the amount of days in a year that aren't weekends.

We'll sit among the gravestones and I'll try to break the news

Disclaimer: this is a negative post.

I hate when something that's supposed to be good turns out bad.

I hate that I take everything so seriously and so personally.

I hate that I care so much about things I shouldn't care so much about.

I hate math homework that involves graphing.

I hate when I get A's on essays when I know don't deserve them.

I hate knowing that there are certain people in my life that make me feel like crap on a regular basis, and I hate that I can't cut those people out.

I hate when my little sister gets sick and I know that sooner or later I'm going to catch it from her.

I hate when teachers expect too much from me.

I hate impracticality.

I hate the week before finals.

I hate when someone says something to me and it probably means nothing but I somehow turn it into something.

I hate when the only dresses that go on sale on modcloth are the ugly ones.

I hate when I let one little thing ruin my whole day.

I hate when my computer runs really really slow when I'm trying to write a 6-12 page paper and a DBQ essay.

I hate when I have to walk around in the rain.

I hate when I'm staying up late to do homework, not to write stupid stories and crappy poetry and play my favorite songs over and over and over and let everything else just disappear.

All I'm asking of you now is to just take me back in time to the nights above the city when you swore that you were mine.
