Stress level = high
AP art history review book = barely cracked
Math homework = mostly successfully done
Frustration = rising
Feet = dirty
Hair = messy
Sleep = lacking
Sister = loud
Father = sighing
Poetry = not
Unrelated anecdote = We had a very normal- (that is, not nerdy) looking sub in art history today.  When I was leaving the main office after school (that's another unrelated anecdote for later), I saw the sub signing out, carrying his superhero lunchbox and messenger bag.  Substitute teacher by day, comic book nerd by night.
